个人简介

武玉叶,博士,教授。先后在im体育农业大学获学士和硕士学位;毕业后于1998年至2001年在泰安市农业科学研究院从事小麦遗传育种工作;2004年毕业于中国农业大学获博士学位;其后开始在im体育农业大学im体育工作;2008年1月至2017年9月在美国堪萨斯州立大学进行博士后研究。主要从事高梁逆境胁迫抗性及次生代谢物质单宁形成的遗传与分子基础研究。在PNAS,Development 等刊物上发表学术论文多篇。



研究方向

1.小麦等农作物有关逆境胁迫关键基因的的全基因组发掘、鉴定。利用自然和人工创造群体材料,通过高通量基因分型,基因组关联分析等研究,从全基因组水平上,系统研究逆境胁迫(干旱,盐胁迫,极端温度)等条件下控制小麦等农作物逆境胁迫抗性的遗传变异,并进一步克隆相关基因,开展深入功能分析,阐明其参与逆境胁迫的分子机制,为逆境胁迫下作物新品种改良奠定基础。

2.高粱、谷子等禾谷类作物单宁及其他次生代谢物质形成的遗传及分子基础,为优质、保健作物品种改良提供分子依据。
